This exempt 1099 contract role features a hybrid work arrangement, involving both on-site and virtual components, with primary operations based in the Southeast region (Fort Bragg, NC/Virtual Delivery).

The focus is on delivering Civilian Training Services in "Performance Management" to the DOD/Military sector, specifically supporting USARC's "Civilian Personnel Management Office (CPMO)". Job Overview:

  • Provide expert instruction in Performance Management Training as part of Human Capital (HC) Solutions for USARC.

  • The training program is designed to equip leaders and employees with tools for setting expectations, aligning performance, providing feedback, and evaluating results.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Contribute to curriculum enhancement based on feedback and survey data.

Qualifications:

  • 5–10+ years of experience in professional training, facilitation, instructional delivery, or military/civilian workforce development.

Education / Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Instructional certifications are preferred.
  • Possess 5–10+ years of professional training, facilitation, instructional delivery, or military/civilian workforce development experience.
  • Experience within the DOD/Military Sector is advantageous.
