ProSidian, a premier Management and Operations Consulting Services firm, is seeking a skilled Effectiveness In A Remote Environment Training Course Instructor to support Program Support for the U.S. Army Reserve (USARC) civilian leadership development program. This exempt 1099 contract position offers a hybrid work model, encompassing both on-site and virtual delivery, primarily within the Southeast region (Fort Bragg, NC/Virtual Delivery).

About the Role:

This position aligns with the GSA Labor Category: Training Design Specialist / Instructor Level II. The core responsibility is to deliver Civilian Training Services focused on "Effectiveness In A Remote Environment" to the DOD/Military sector, specifically for USARC's "Civilian Personnel Management Office (CPMO)." You will play a key role in enhancing productivity and collaboration in virtual settings.

Job Overview:

  • Provide expert training on "Effectiveness In A Remote Environment" as part of Human Capital (HC) Solutions for USARC.

Qualifications:
