ProSidian, a distinguished Management and Operations Consulting Services firm, is seeking a Conflict Management Training Course Instructor to support Program Support for the U.S. Army Reserve (USARC) civilian leadership development program. This exempt 1099 contract position features a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site and virtual delivery, primarily located in the Southeast region (Fort Bragg, NC/Virtual Delivery).

About the Role:

Aligned with the GSA Labor Category: Content Subject Matter Expert/Instructor II, this role focuses on delivering Civilian Training Services in "Conflict Management" to the DOD/Military sector, supporting USARC's "Civilian Personnel Management Office (CPMO)." Your expertise will be crucial in fostering constructive resolution of workplace disputes and improving team dynamics.

Job Overview:

  • Provide expert instruction in Conflict Management Training as part of Human Capital (HC) Solutions for USARC.
  • Contribute to strengthening workforce readiness, leadership effectiveness, and mission performance through effective conflict resolution strategies.
  • The program equips professionals with skills to recognize, address, and resolve workplace conflicts constructively, manage difficult conversations, and foster productive collaboration.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Develop comprehensive and engaging lesson plans.
  • Facilitate dynamic classroom and virtual instruction sessions.

  • Support curriculum updates and improvements based on participant feedback and evaluations.

Qualifications:

  • 5–10+ years of professional training, facilitation, instructional delivery, or military/civilian workforce development experience.

Education / Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Instructional certifications are preferred.
  • Possess 5–10+ years of professional training, facilitation, instructional delivery, or military/civilian workforce development experience.
  • Experience within the DOD/Military Sector is highly advantageous.
