About the Role
ProSidian is seeking a skilled Team Building Training Course Instructor to support the U.S. Army Reserve Command (USARC) Civilian Training Services program. This role is crucial for enhancing leadership effectiveness and mission performance within the DOD/Military sector. You will deliver essential team-building training, focusing on Human Capital solutions to strengthen collaboration, trust, and communication among civilian leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans for team-building training.
- Facilitate engaging instruction, both in-person and virtually.
- Conduct assessments to measure learning and provide constructive feedback.
- Offer coaching to participants to reinforce learning objectives.
- Contribute to curriculum updates and implement survey-driven improvements.
- Integrate learning management systems (LMS), audio/visual technologies, and performance-based methodologies.
- Deliver 1-day (8-hour) Instructor-Led Training (ILT) workshops focused on team dynamics, trust, collaboration, conflict resolution, and employee engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 5–10+ years of professional experience in training, facilitation, instructional delivery, or military/civilian workforce development.
- Functional and technical area expertise within the DOD/Military Sector is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in facilitation, adult learning principles, communication, curriculum delivery, virtual instruction, and assessment.
- Strong competencies in leadership, collaboration, problem-solving, communication, adaptability, and customer focus.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word), Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio is preferred.
- NACI eligibility required.
