About the Role

ProSidian is seeking a Change Management (MIL) Training Course Instructor to support the U.S. Army Reserve Command (USARC) Civilian Training Services program. This position is vital for developing Human Capital solutions that strengthen workforce readiness and leadership effectiveness within the DOD/Military sector. You will deliver specialized training equipping civilian and military-support personnel with the frameworks and strategies needed to lead organizational transformation effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop lesson plans for Change Management (MIL) training courses.
• Facilitate engaging instruction, both in-person and virtually.
• Conduct assessments to evaluate participant learning and skill application.
• Provide coaching and feedback to participants.
• Support curriculum updates and implement survey-driven improvements.
• Integrate learning management systems (LMS), audio/visual technologies, and performance-based learning methodologies.
• Deliver 2-day (16-hour) Instructor-Led Training (ILT) workshops focused on change management expertise in mission-driven environments, stakeholder alignment, transition planning, resistance mitigation, and resilience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; instructional certifications preferred.
• 5–10+ years of professional experience in training, facilitation, instructional delivery, or military/civilian workforce development.
• Functional and technical area expertise within the DOD/Military Sector is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in facilitation, adult learning principles, communication, curriculum delivery, virtual instruction, and assessment.
• Strong competencies in leadership, collaboration, problem-solving, communication, adaptability, and customer focus.
• Expertise in change management principles within mission-driven environments, stakeholder engagement, transition planning, and resistance mitigation.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word), Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio is preferred.
• NACI eligibility required.
