The Opportunity
Townsquare Ignite has launched a dedicated division for the Home Services sector (HVAC, plumbing, windows, roofing, general contracting). As a Digital Solutions Manager, you will be pivotal in driving growth for these businesses through targeted digital marketing strategies utilizing our Ignite and Interactive solutions. This client-facing role focuses on identifying and securing new clients, managing relationships, and driving business growth through our full-funnel digital solutions.
Responsibilities
- Pipeline Management & Sales Growth: Drive digital sales revenue by acquiring new Home Services clients and expanding existing relationships.
- Strategic Consultation: Serve as a trusted marketing partner, offering industry insights and tailored digital advertising solutions.
- Solution-Based Selling: Combine website development, SEO, Business Management Platform integrations (Service Titan, House Call Pro, Field Edge, Service Fusion), and programmatic strategies (LSA, SEM, Direct Mail, Ignite).
- Client-Centric Approach: Conduct virtual and in-person consultations, demonstrating expertise in industry trends and performance-driven advertising.
- Campaign Execution & Optimization: Manage the pre- and post-sale process, exceeding client expectations with data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Performance Analysis: Assess campaign effectiveness using reporting tools and provide recommendations for incremental business growth.
Qualifications
- 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of experience in programmatic media.
- Experience in digital marketing, advertising sales, or business development, preferably within the home services industry.
- Strong knowledge of programmatic advertising, SEO, LSA, SEM, and digital performance metrics.
- Ability to build relationships with local service providers and understand their business needs.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a problem-solving approach.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and drive revenue growth.
