Job Description
As a Sales Support Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating the full order-to-cash process. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers in your region, addressing questions related to the order-to-cash process and providing after-sales care. You will act as the crucial interface between the internal organization and the customer.
Your Responsibilities
- Serve as the central contact for customers and distributors in your designated region.
- Manage the entire order-to-cash process, from order processing and follow-up with various stakeholders (production, warehouse, marketing, supply chain, etc.) to transport arrangement, billing, and after-sales support.
- Work in tandem with and provide administrative support to the commercial managers of the region.
- Regularly consult with and coordinate activities across various internal departments, including logistics & supply chain, production, sales, and marketing.
- Collaborate closely with the supply chain department to monitor forecasts, aiming to prevent peaks in the production process.
Qualifications
- Higher education degree, preferably with 1-5 years of experience in a similar administrative, logistics, or sales support function.
- Strong administrative skills with a commercial, positive, driven, and service-oriented attitude.
- Excellent organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively within a structured team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build positive, productive relationships within your network.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, a hands-on approach, and the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Ability to work independently and a solution-oriented approach.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Proficiency in other languages, especially Russian, is considered an asset.
