Where and When You'll Work

This is a fully remote role open to candidates based outside of the United States. You will work core US business hours, primarily Pacific Time (PT), with flexibility to support customers across PT, MT, and CT.

The Opportunity

This early-career Customer Success role is a prime opportunity to grow your skills alongside an experienced team. While prior Customer Success Manager (CSM) experience is not required, a genuine passion for working with people, problem-solving, and understanding business operations is essential. You will be at the forefront of customer engagement, helping them derive maximum value from our product and scale their usage over time.

What You'll Do

  • Cultivate trusted relationships with customers, understanding their unique operational needs and goals.
  • Guide new customers through implementation, onboarding, and training processes.
  • Provide ongoing support to existing customers, answering questions, highlighting new features, and conducting Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Contribute to support resources, including in-product guides, webinars, and Help Center articles.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate customer feedback into the product roadmap and strategy.
  • Identify and act on expansion and referral opportunities by leveraging customer relationships.
  • Track key metrics such as churn, time to first value, and net promoter score.
  • Experiment with new strategies, tools, and AI to enhance customer success and personal efficiency.
  • Uphold the company value of "Delighting Customers" in all interactions.

About You

  • Customer Experience: You have direct experience working with customers or clients and enjoy it.
  • Startup/Entrepreneurial Mindset: You come from a startup, entrepreneurial, or "build-it-yourself" background, demonstrating resourcefulness and comfort with ambiguity.
