Your Mission
Reporting to the Senior Manager - EMEA Field Marketing, you will be instrumental in the sales process by prospecting, qualifying, and generating new business opportunities to fuel the company's growth.
What You'll Achieve
- Generate new sales opportunities through inbound lead management and outbound outreach (calls, email, Salesforce CRM, enablement software).
- Proactively identify new business prospects, understand their needs, and propose appropriate products or services.
- Develop effective sales outreach strategies to attract potential buyers and solicit new customers.
- Build relationships with prospects to identify their needs and qualify their interest and viability.
- Present product information tailored to identified customer needs.
- Partner with Field Sales Executives by providing a consistent volume of qualified leads.
Who You Are
- 1-3 years of experience in an inside sales or volume sales environment, ideally with technical, scientific, or software products.
- Alternatively, possess technical knowledge in Bioinformatics, Diagnostic sequencing, or Genomics with a strong interest in transitioning to sales.
- Fluent in English. Fluency in German is a significant advantage but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging new people, active listening, and rapid relationship building.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines methodically.
- Previous CRM or business software exposure (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo) is beneficial; strong computer literacy (Outlook, Word) is essential as all else is coachable.
