The Role

As our Email Marketing Specialist, you will be instrumental in leveraging email, our highest-ROI marketing channel, to engage and inform our rapidly expanding subscriber base. Your primary focus will be to craft and deploy campaigns that drive our audience towards the earning opportunities they seek. This role requires a talent for writing emails that capture attention and a methodical approach to tracking campaign effectiveness, rather than a formal degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns and automated sequences for NoGigiddy's subscriber list.
• Segment audiences based on user behavior, expressed preferences, and historical engagement.
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, optimal send times, and calls-to-action (CTAs) to maximize open and click-through rates.
• Construct and manage automated email flows, including welcome series, re-engagement campaigns, and timely offer alerts.
• Oversee email deliverability, monitor unsubscribe rates, and maintain overall list health.
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure email content aligns with broader marketing initiatives.
• Analyze campaign performance data and implement data-driven optimizations.

Requirements

• No degree is required.
• Demonstrated familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or similar.
• Exceptional writing skills, capable of producing engaging content that resonates with readers.
• A foundational understanding of key email marketing metrics, including open rate, click-through rate (CTR), and deliverability.
• Strong attention to detail, recognizing the impact of errors in mass communications.
• Comfort with using email templates and performing basic HTML edits.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
