The Role

Social media is NoGigiddy's primary communication channel to the world, and we're seeking a skilled Social Media Manager to make our voice heard. You will manage our presence across Instagram, TikTok, X, and Facebook, cultivating a community of individuals ready to embrace earning on their own terms. This role doesn't require a degree, but rather an intuitive understanding of what resonates on social platforms and the dedication to post consistently.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow NoGigiddy's social media accounts across all major platforms.
• Create, schedule, and publish daily content, including engaging captions, graphics, and short-form videos.
• Actively engage with the community by responding to comments, direct messages, and mentions in the brand's authentic voice.
• Monitor social media trends and algorithm changes, adapting strategies to maintain optimal performance.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to align social media efforts with broader campaigns and product launches.
• Track key performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, clicks) and provide weekly performance reports.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for influencer and creator partnerships.

Requirements

• No degree is required.
• Proven experience managing social media accounts, whether personal or professional.
• Strong copywriting skills with an ability to write captions that capture audience attention.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools such as Buffer, Later, or similar.
• Comfortable creating basic graphics using tools like Canva.
• Data-aware, with the ability to analyze performance metrics and focus on what's working.
• Reliable and consistent in posting and engagement, understanding that social media requires ongoing attention.
