What You'll Do:
Learning Experience Design:
- Design Impactful Learning: Apply adult learning theory and instructional design best practices to create modern, microlearning-based content focused on sustained behavioral change.
- Translate Complex Knowledge: Convert intricate technical product information into clear, actionable enablement experiences.
- Develop Scalable Programs: Build and manage comprehensive onboarding and continuous learning programs for GTM Sales and Technical internal sales teams.
- Curate Content Libraries: Maintain and organize scalable assets including playbooks, certifications, videos, and assessments.
- Advocate for the Learner: Ensure all learning touchpoints are relevant, engaging, and accessible.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales leaders to identify capability gaps and deliver tailored enablement solutions.
- Measure Effectiveness: Utilize performance data and learner feedback for continuous program refinement.
AI-Enhanced Enablement Engineer:
- Analyze Workflows: Identify and optimize inefficient or manual workflows within enablement and GTM operations using AI and automation.
- Implement AI Tools: Deploy knowledge assistants, chatbots, personalization features, and automated reporting to boost learning and operational efficiency.
- Streamline Processes: Develop automation workflows and integrations across CRM, LMS, and collaboration platforms.
- Partner with IT and Ops: Ensure automation initiatives align with governance, data integrity, and security requirements.
- Innovate Continuously: Monitor and apply emerging AI and learning technologies to enhance enablement outcomes.
What You'll Need to Have:
- Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of experience in Learning Experience Design or Sales Enablement content development.
- Proven track record of building impactful learning programs.
- Technical proficiency with AI/automation tools (e.g., Python, APIs, Zapier, Workato, LLM-based assistants) and ability to prototype and deploy solutions.
- Demonstrated experience designing product enablement or technical learning content.
- Experience with publishing and tracking content within a CMS/LMS.
- Advanced skills in Google Suite (Slides, Docs, Forms, and Sheets).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail, design, and copy quality.
- A growth mindset with a passion for innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, adjust to shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change.
- Ability to initiate and build strong relationships.
Extra Great If You Have:
- Experience in the Tech Space (SaaS, Database, etc.).
- Proficiency with eLearning tools (e.g., Camtasia, Canva, Adobe Suite) and collaboration tools.
Compensation & Benefits:
- US Pay Ranges:
- Standard US: $126,100—$210,100 USD
- SF Bay Area, DC Metro, NYC, Seattle: $140,100—$210,100 USD
- Other US Offices/Remote: $126,100—$189,100 USD
- Eligible for bonus potential, equity, and benefits.
- Salary offered depends on work location and factors like skills, experience, and education.
