Responsibilities

• Guide clients across various industries in modernizing their ERP landscapes and migrating to the cloud, including transitions from on-premises systems or older Microsoft ERP solutions to Dynamics 365 Finance.
• Develop future-proof integration and architecture solutions with your team, seamlessly connecting Dynamics 365 Finance with CRM, Data & Analytics, and other third-party systems.
• Take ownership in exciting transformation projects, including functional steering and sub-project management in the Finance domain, coordinating relevant stakeholders, and supporting test and cutover management.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Experience: Minimum of five years of experience in the ERP environment, ideally as a Consultant, Inhouse Consultant, or Key User, with several years of practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Knowledge of Dynamics AX or other ERP systems is a plus.
• ERP Functional Expertise: Profound knowledge in at least one core D365 F&O area (e.g., Finance, SCM, Production, Warehouse Logistics, or Controlling) and experience in designing, implementing, and enhancing relevant solutions.
• Process and Methodological Competence: Strong understanding of business contexts and end-to-end processes. Experience with ERP implementations and common methodologies from Fit-Gap Analysis through Testing to Hypercare. Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach.
• Communication & Collaboration: Confident interaction with business departments, IT teams, and management. Skilled in moderating workshops, presentations, and meetings, with a passion for knowledge sharing within the team.
