Responsibilities

• Oversee liquidity planning, cash flow management, and budget control.
• Generate monthly reports on revenue, contribution margin, utilization, and order intake.
• Maintain an overview of all internal projects, ensuring they are driven forward in a structured manner.
• Coordinate dependencies between projects and teams, identifying risks and bottlenecks early on.

Qualifications

• Several years of leadership experience, ideally as a CEO or in a second-tier leadership role within a software company.
• Solid experience with SaaS business models and familiarity with key metrics (e.g., MRR, Churn, Unit Economics).
• Proven budget responsibility, ability to read and understand P&L statements, and derive appropriate decisions.
• Technological understanding; ability to communicate with development teams on an equal footing and experience with product decisions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, active process design, and consistent, results-oriented decision-making.
• Clear, transparent, and goal-oriented communication, both internally with the team and externally with clients and partners.
• University degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field (practical experience is valued over academic credentials).
• Very good command of German, both written and spoken.
