Apprenticeship in Office Management (Büromanagement)

Responsibilities

  • Gain insight into the central operations of familie redlich, understanding the processes behind projects and how the organization collaborates.
  • Learn the People & Organization department from the ground up, including recruiting, personnel administration, and personnel development. Actively contribute to job postings, support application processes, prepare contracts, and assist with daily HR tasks.
  • Assist in Office Management, including organizing agency daily life, working at reception, and ensuring smooth office operations in collaboration with the team, both in direct contact and back office.
  • Receive insights into the Finance department, learning fundamental processes in controlling and accounting and understanding their connection to client tasks and projects.
  • Gradually take on independent tasks and smaller projects, becoming increasingly confident with internal processes, tools, and contacts.
  • Attend vocational school at OSZ Büromanagement und Wirtschaftssprachen (Marktstraße 2–3, 10317 Berlin).

Qualifications

  • Enthusiasm for varied tasks and curiosity about how internal tasks and processes are organized in a communications agency.
  • Open-mindedness and a proactive approach to interacting with people, actively contributing to the team and offering support where needed.
  • Structured work style, ability to maintain an overview, and a good understanding of numbers and organizational processes.
  • Proficiency with digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Office) and enjoyment in learning and trying new applications.
  • Ability to contribute own ideas, think ahead regarding processes, and interest in actively shaping things.
  • Willingness to pitch in and take responsibility for tasks.
  • Middle school leaving certificate (mittlerer Schulabschluss) or (technical) university entrance qualification (Abitur) with good grades.
  • Very good German language skills (minimum C1).
