Software Engineer PCS7 Electrical Engineering (m/f/d)

About the Role

We are seeking a Software Engineer PCS7 Electrical Engineering (m/f/d) for our client in Hamburg/Pinneberg. This position is initially based on temporary employment with an option for permanent hire.

Your Responsibilities:

Develop and program automation solutions using Siemens PCS7.
Create and adapt control software for industrial plants.
Project and configure process control systems.
Perform functional checks, tests, and commissioning.
Analyze and optimize existing automation systems.
Coordinate with project management, electrical design, and clients.
Create and maintain technical documentation.

Your Qualifications:

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or further education as a State-Certified Technician (Electrical Engineering / Automation Technology).
Experience in software development for industrial automation systems.
Knowledge of Siemens PCS7, S7, TIA Portal, or WinCC.
Experience with industrial communication systems such as Profinet, Profibus, or similar.
Structured and self-reliant work approach.
