We are a growing digital agency in Braunschweig, specializing in acquiring skilled personnel in construction, industry, and crafts. Our model: "Recruiting as a Service" – we don't sell advertising budgets to our clients, but qualified candidates, with real performance guarantees.
We are looking for a Key Account Manager (m/f/d) for our team, who will turn our existing clients into true fans – through excellent service, smart advice, and consistently identifying growth potential.
Responsibilities
- Expand Client Relationships: You are responsible for the long-term expansion of relationships with our most important clients – from construction companies to industrial businesses and craft trades.
- Strategic Advisor: You professionally advise our existing clients on our recruiting services and jointly develop the next steps in their recruiting strategy.
- Internal Interface: You manage communication and coordinate implementation with our internal specialist departments – strategic consulting, project management, and media production – ensuring smooth handovers.
- Upselling with Substance: With every satisfied client and every additional deal closed (career page, media production day, social media management, review management), you contribute to increased revenue and more recommendations.
- Close Collaboration: You work closely with our sales and project management teams to ensure seamless transitions and consistent service quality.
- Showcase Visibility: You represent LK Recruiting at events and client calls, serving as a competent point of contact.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication: You possess negotiation skills, are empathetic, eloquent, and convince at eye level – even with managing directors and owners.
- Tact and Diplomacy: You are a good diplomat and cater to each client individually.
- Entrepreneurial Thinking: You think analytically and structurally and recognize growth opportunities before the client even asks.
- Experience: Ideally, you already have experience in B2B sales, account management, or project management – career changers with demonstrable skills are also welcome.
- Feedback Culture: Honest, direct communication with superiors and colleagues is part of your definition of a good working relationship.
