Sales Director - Defence Systems

Responsibilities

As Sales Director, you will be responsible for marketing our systems and building our sales network. You will navigate confidently between customer representatives, procurement agencies, and politicians, and successfully close contracts – a central role for Falk Defence's growth.

Qualifications

  • Several years of experience with the procurement system of the Bundeswehr or foreign armed forces
  • Military background and corresponding experience
  • Fluent German and English language skills
  • High willingness to travel
  • A robust network in procurement, armed forces, or defense technology is an advantage
  • Experience in international defense sales and knowledge of export control and approval processes are advantageous
  • Citizenship of an EU or NATO member state (excluding USA) and willingness to undergo security vetting according to SÜG
