Your Role: Senior Software Developer

As a Senior Software Developer, you will write the code that flies. You will develop safety-critical flight, ground, and test software, interface with military command systems, and utilize modern, AI-supported workflows to deliver quickly and with the highest quality.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop software for missiles, launchers, and ground systems
• Develop interfaces to military command systems
• Develop test bench and test software
• Develop user interfaces for testing and demonstration purposes
• Ensure software quality, documentation, and test coverage
• Set up modern development tools and utilize AI-supported workflows

Your Qualifications

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Experience with safety-critical software
• Experience with military or flying systems
• In-depth knowledge of modern software development and a structured working style with a high quality standard
• Knowledge of military interfaces and command systems is an advantage
• Knowledge of relevant software standards is an advantage
• Experience with embedded and real-time systems is an advantage
• Very good German language skills (at least C1) and good English language skills
• Citizenship of an EU or NATO member state (excluding USA) and willingness to undergo security screening according to SÜG
