Your Role at BELKAW
As a Project Manager for Service Provider Management, you will be the central point of contact for planning, steering, and implementing projects involving external parties, taking on both operational and strategic management of external service providers. You will ensure that project-related, outsourced services are delivered on time, with high quality, and economically. In your role, you will act as a coordinating interface between internal specialist departments, external partners, and management, ensuring smooth information flow. You will create transparency regarding project progress, services rendered, costs, quality, and potential risks, deriving targeted control and optimization measures from this. Through their consistent implementation, you will sustainably contribute to the improvement of processes and results. This position can also be carried out part-time if the workload allows.

Your Responsibilities
- Independent planning, steering, coordination, and monitoring of projects within your area of responsibility.
- Management of external service providers, including service definition, prioritization, deadline, cost, and quality control.
- Coordination of project goals, requirements, and framework conditions with internal specialist departments.
- Participation in the design of contractual agreements, service levels, and quality specifications.
- Ensuring compliance with contractual agreements, service levels, and quality specifications.
- Development, maintenance, and enhancement of project and controlling tools (e.g., status reports, performance, quality, and cost key figures).
- Analysis of project and performance data, and identification of deviations and risks.
- Derivation of recommendations for action and control measures in case of target deviations.
- Moderation and execution of project, status, regular, and escalation meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Preparation and commentary of decision-making bases for management levels.
- Identification of systemic weaknesses in workflows and processes, and formulation of technical requirements for further development.
- Support in the selection, commissioning, evaluation, and further development of service providers.
- Accompanying the structured onboarding of new project participants or external partners.
Your Profile
- Completed degree in Business Administration and/or vocational training in a commercial field.
- Sound experience in project management and in managing external service providers, with at least three years of expertise.
- Very good understanding of process, performance, quality, and cost structures.
- Initial experience in the legally compliant design of (service) contracts.
- Ability to evaluate complex situations, prioritize tasks, and make independent decisions.
- Strong communication, coordination, and moderation skills.
- Proficient use of key figures, analyses, and control instruments.
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel for analysis and control.
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work.
- High degree of responsibility, assertiveness, and results orientation.
- Ability to think critically and creatively.
