About the Role

Care Lumen is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive innovation within its Utilization Management (UM) platform. This role will specifically focus on leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology to transform how clinicians perform medical necessity reviews. As an Individual Contributor (IC), you will be instrumental in shaping the future of UM processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive product strategy and roadmap development for the Utilization Management platform, with a strong emphasis on AI integration.
• Define and prioritize features that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of medical necessity reviews using AI.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, clinical, and data science teams to deliver AI-powered solutions.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product differentiation.
• Translate clinical and business requirements into detailed product specifications.
• Manage the product lifecycle from conception through launch and iteration.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure product-market fit.

Qualifications:

• 7 - 10 years of experience in Product Management.
• Proven experience in developing and launching AI-driven products or features.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly in Utilization Management or clinical workflows.
• Experience with AI/ML concepts and their application in product development.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
