About the Role

In this volunteer position, you will manage and review the 3D work of a team of talented 3D Artists. The team is responsible for creating a variety of high-quality, textured 3D assets for "The Lays of Althas: Sundered Order (LoA:SO)", a PC game currently in development.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and provide direction to a team of 3D Artists.
• Review and provide feedback on 3D assets to ensure quality and adherence to project standards.
• Oversee the creation of a variety of high-quality, textured 3D assets for the game.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all 3D art assets.
• Collaborate with other development team members as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in 3D art creation for games or similar visual media.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor a team of artists.
• Strong understanding of 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering pipelines.
• Excellent eye for detail and quality assurance.
• Passion for game development.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, remote team environment.
