The Role
In this critical role, you will manage complex depositary operations, review the work of junior officers, and act as a subject matter expert. You will independently handle sophisticated client requirements and complex transactions, ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining key client relationships.
What You Will Do
- Review complex transactions and drive regulatory compliance.
- Manage key client relationships and coordinate with service providers.
- Oversee cash monitoring processes and provide technical guidance.
- Review the work of junior officers (Officers 1-3) and constitutional documents.
- Oversee cash and safekeeping reconciliations and prepare complex reports.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and review complex documentation.
- Handle critical issues and provide expert guidance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Law/Economics preferred).
- 3–4 years of experience in depositary/custody, audit, or fund accounting.
- Strong background in Private Equity/Real Estate with solid knowledge of depositary operations, cash safekeeping, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven ability to manage complex transactions, cash monitoring, reconciliations, and review of constitutional and technical documentation.
- Experience in reviewing work and providing guidance to junior team members; strong leadership and mentoring capability.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and report preparation skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure.
