About the Role

This is a remote-based position for a Clinical Research Associate I, located anywhere in Italy, with travel to sites for monitoring visits. You will be responsible for monitoring and owning the progress of clinical studies at investigative sites, ensuring adherence to protocols, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and all applicable regulations. You will coordinate essential activities for study setup and monitoring.

How We Will Support Your Growth:

  • Monitor and own the progress of clinical studies at investigative sites.
  • Ensure clinical studies are conducted, recorded, and reported per protocol, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and all applicable regulations.
  • Coordinate all necessary activities for study setup and monitoring, including identifying investigators, assisting with regulatory submissions, and conducting pre-study and initiation visits.

Qualifications:

Minimum Required:

  • University degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or another health-related discipline, or equivalent experience in a scientific or healthcare discipline, or licensed healthcare professional.
  • At least 6 months of experience as a CRA in a CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotech industry, or equivalent relevant experience and/or demonstrated competencies.
  • Oncology experience.
  • CRA Certification holder.

Other Required:

  • Availability for domestic travel including overnight stays (up to approximately 50-60% travel commitment).
  • Fluency in English and Italian.

Preferred:

  • Graduate or postgraduate degree with a concentration in a scientific or healthcare discipline.
