The Opportunity: Why This Role?
- Focus on Growth: This is a dedicated Enterprise Growth position, not a maintenance-focused account management role.
- Key Portfolio: You will serve as the commercial architect for 3-6 of Vidsy's highest-potential enterprise accounts.
- Dedicated Support: You'll be part of a world-class team, including Creative Strategists and Client Solutions Managers, who handle delivery logistics, allowing you to concentrate on high-level commercial negotiation and global expansion.
- Significant Impact: You will manage complex, multi-million dollar Business Plans, guiding clients from early growth stages to established, long-term partnerships.
What You’ll Be Doing (The Outcomes)
- Own Commercial Strategy: Develop and execute sophisticated growth plans for a portfolio of Fortune 500 brands.
- Master Discovery & Education: Employ a "Challenger" mindset to educate senior stakeholders (CMOs, VPs, Heads of) on leveraging Vidsy's technology to overcome creative bottlenecks.
- Drive Expansion & Closing: Identify new opportunities within existing accounts across different departments, regions, and product offerings. You will own renewals and upsells, scaling your accounts efficiently.
- Be the Voice of the Client: Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams, providing crucial feedback to influence the product roadmap based on enterprise client needs.
Who You Are (The Profile)
- The Closer: Possess 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales or high-growth MarTech/AdTech, with a proven ability to grow accounts beyond basic management.
- The Strategist: Demonstrate a track record of closing deals valued at $500k+, and experience navigating the procurement and legal complexities of global organizations.
- The Expert: Possess a deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem (TikTok, Meta, Google) and can articulate media performance and creative ROI effectively.
- The Self-Starter: Thrive in a "Virtual-First" environment and are motivated by uncapped commission and delivering impactful client solutions.
