HR & Marketing Campaign Manager (m/f/d)

We specialize in connecting business leaders in the skilled trades with talent through strategic HR and marketing. Your campaigns will be independently optimized for client success. We seek individuals with prior experience in META Ads, customer service, and HR.

Your Responsibilities:

• Proactive customer communication.
• Developing unique employer marketing messages.
• Conception & creation of advertising campaigns on Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn.
• Conception & optimization of advertising campaigns on Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn.
• Consulting & developing the employer brand of the client.
• Upselling to existing customers.
• Monitoring and reporting on campaign results.
• Direct customer contact via phone, email & Zoom.
• Accompanying our clients' recruiting campaigns.
• Preparing customer information & coordinating with the design team.

Your Qualifications:

• High degree of personal responsibility.
• Reliable & trustworthy.
• Enthusiasm and affinity for social media and advertising campaigns.
• Professional experience in direct customer contact is desirable.
• Strong communication skills and a keen sense for precision.
• Completed vocational training or a degree in a commercial or marketing field.
• Ability to execute your tasks carefully and independently.
• Quick comprehension and discipline.
• Ability to handle performance pressure.
• Interest in a sales component.
• Prior knowledge in META Ads & Performance Marketing.
