What you bring:

• Minimum 5 Years Agency Experience: Preferably with a healthcare focus (a big plus!).
• Client Consulting & Account Management: You know how to build, nurture, and strategically develop client relationships.
• Project Management Expertise: You maintain a clear overview from proposal creation to budget planning and final delivery.
• Design Evaluation Skills: You can professionally analyze client materials and assess their fit with the communication strategy.
• Excellent German Language Skills (Written & Spoken).

Your Tasks:

• Conduct Client Meetings and Provide Strategic Consultation: You are the primary point of contact for our healthcare clients.
• Support and Evaluate Marketing & Sales Materials: From concept to final delivery, you ensure all materials align with the communication strategy.
• Perform Quality Control: You meticulously check rollups, ads, and all communication materials for brand consistency and strategic alignment.
• Develop Solutions with Clients: Together, you will create assets, ads, social postings, and other measures.
• Manage Internal Teams: Coordinate creation, timelines, and budgets, ensuring smooth collaboration.
• Steer Projects from A to Z: Maintain oversight from proposal creation through implementation to final delivery.
• Ensure Customer Centricity: Act as the guardian of brand consistency and strategic direction.

Your Focus: You are the central interface with a strong agency focus, bringing together client needs, strategic requirements, and operational execution – while ensuring the highest quality standards.

Your Daily Life with Us:

You will be responsible for 3 to 4 clients, working on diverse tasks daily – client meetings, preparing assets, accounting, and creating proposals are part of your dynamic routine. Daily team catch-ups help prioritize tasks and projects.
