Your Tasks in Our Team:

• Ensuring and further developing smooth IT operations.
• Recording IT problems of our users via ticket system, email, or phone and providing ad-hoc solutions where possible or forwarding to downstream support.
• Regular exchange and collaboration with colleagues in processing & solving IT problems.
• After thorough onboarding, support and further development of our software and hardware components, providing solutions & workarounds.
• Inventory, installation, configuration, as well as delivery and return of hardware & software.

Your Profile:

• Completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist or comparable IT qualification.
• A strong IT affinity or initial experience in IT support.
• Enjoy daily interaction with colleagues.
• You are eager to learn IT-specific topics and demonstrate a high degree of helpfulness, solution-orientation, and service-orientation.
• You maintain an overview even in stressful situations and have the necessary tact for special circumstances.
• Experience in customer service and/or user support.
• High motivation, initiative, and commitment.
• Structured and reliable way of working.
