As a Technical Account Manager at Marqeta, your mission is to serve as a trusted technical and payments advisor for several strategically important customers. You will manage all technical aspects of Marqeta’s relationship with them throughout the customer life cycle, acting as the front line for customer communication while collaborating internally to win new business, increase value with existing customers, and strengthen relationships.
You will build expertise by learning from our Solutions Engineering, Product, and Technology teams. In return, you will deliver critical customer feedback to help shape our roadmap and refine our offerings.
