About the Role

As the Director of Growth, you will be the driving force behind the UK's direct-to-consumer (DTC) commercial performance. This role requires a strategic leader who can utilize data-driven insights and creative strategies to scale the DTC business efficiently, ensuring every investment contributes to their mission of providing essential sanitation services.

Responsibilities

  • Own the UK acquisition strategy across the full funnel, focusing on high efficiency and commercial target delivery.
  • Lead the UK strategy for conversion-led creative and manage the relationship with the external creative agency.
  • Manage the UK DTC new customer forecast and the monthly performance budget allocation.
  • Identify and scale new local channels and partnerships for incremental growth.
  • Utilize BI tools and data science insights to rigorously assess channel effectiveness and incrementality.
  • Define and cascade clear monthly and quarterly acquisition and efficiency targets for the UK market.
  • Design and execute the roadmap for UK-specific growth initiatives and prioritize team work.
  • Bridge communication between the UK Brand team and Global Growth team, ensuring local needs are represented.
  • Pivot budget and strategy based on real-time performance data to drive incremental customer growth.

Requirements

  • You are a Leader expected to coach company values and manage direct reports (initially a Creative Strategist and a Partnerships & Influencers Manager).
  • Proven ability to define and cascade clear acquisition and efficiency targets.
  • Experience designing and executing growth roadmaps and prioritizing team efforts.
  • Skilled in bridging communication between local and global teams.
  • Adept at pivoting strategy and budget based on performance data.
  • Metrics that matter include UK DTC Commercial Performance, Creative Effectiveness (CVR improvement), and Team Performance & Engagement.
  • A passion for making the world a better place and working with like-minded individuals.
