Member Experience Representative (Temporary Leave Coverage)

Overview

First Entertainment Credit Union is seeking a Member Experience Representative to deliver exceptional member service through multiple communication channels. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of credit union operations and be proficient in digital self-services like online banking, BillPay, Zelle, and chat support. This role emphasizes building member relationships and identifying opportunities to promote credit union products and services.

Role Details

• Type: Remote, Temporary position
• Reporting To: Associate Manager, Member Experience Center
• Location Requirements: Candidates must reside in Arizona, Georgia, or Texas.
• Target Pay: $21 - $25 per hour

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with members and identify opportunities to refer credit union products and services.
• Provide exceptional member service via calls, chats, secured messaging, and other departmental tasks.
• Educate members on digital self-serve options to enhance their experience.
• Assist members with account inquiries, product information, and navigating digital services.
• Resolve member issues and concerns, including fraud prevention and operational matters, related to digital services.
• Accurately and efficiently process member transactions through various channels, including online banking.
• Ensure compliance with all credit union policies and procedures, particularly those related to digital services.
• Actively promote credit union products and services, especially digital self-serve options.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on products, services, and digital offerings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent; a related college degree or work-related experience is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of work-related experience in a full-service financial institution or a related field.
• At least two years of supervisory or lead employee experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of Credit Union products, services, procedures, guidelines, and field of membership requirements.
• Working knowledge of applicable regulations.
• Effective communication skills across all audience levels.
• Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with Symitar for Windows (Episys) is a plus.
