GreenPocket is an agile, green startup dedicated to energy management and visualization software. Our mission is to make energy consumption management intuitive and accessible through AI-driven software, helping businesses and households reduce their energy usage and carbon footprint. As part of the Hausheld group since 2025, we form the leading full-service platform for Smart Metering in Germany.

Your Tasks

• Project Management: Actively participate in project planning, execution, and follow-up for prominent companies in the energy, telecommunications, and IT sectors.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with product and project management, sales, and development teams to gain comprehensive insight into software startup operations.
• Innovation Management: Independently contribute your own ideas to various project processes.
• Project Controlling: Assist with project controlling to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Your Qualifications

• Currently enrolled student, at least in your 3rd semester, pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Media Informatics, or a comparable field.
• Ideally, prior experience in project management, IT, administration, or controlling.
• Enjoyment of data analysis, creating statistics, or project planning, with a fundamental technical understanding.
• Basic knowledge of software applications like JIRA and Confluence is desirable.
• Analytical thinking, self-directed action, and structured work habits.
• Good German and English language skills, along with proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
