Our Promise: From Beginner to Strategy Designer
We are not looking for finished experts. We are looking for smart, analytical minds with the unreserved will to learn. In our trainee program, we will train you to become a "T-Shaped Marketer." What does that mean? You will build extremely deep, specialized expertise in SEA and Paid Media with us (that's the vertical stroke in the "T"). At the same time, we will teach you how the entire digital marketing ecosystem works (the horizontal stroke). You won't just learn how to press buttons in ad accounts. We will make you a strategic consultant who understands how measurable impact and real revenue are generated for companies.
Your Learning Curve (What Awaits You)
- Learn the Craft: You will learn from scratch how search engine advertising (Google Ads) and Paid Social Media campaigns are built, implemented, and optimized.
- Operational Excellence: Keyword research, writing psychologically clever ad copy, defining target groups, and creating meaningful performance reports will become your daily routine.
- Analytical Work: You will support our experienced Account Managers in market research and analysis. You will learn how to interpret raw data and translate it into strategic recommendations for the client.
- Take Responsibility: After intensive onboarding, you will learn more day by day and week by week, setting your own priorities in your client projects.
- Understand AI: You will gain insights into our "AI Lab" and learn how modern marketers use artificial intelligence to make their daily work more efficient.
Qualifications
- You have a completed degree (Business Administration, Marketing, Media Studies, or similar) or a comparable qualification – but your mindset is much more important to us!
- You have a passion for numbers. Data doesn't scare you; it sparks your curiosity.
- You have a good eye for detail, work in a structured manner, and don't lose sight of the big picture even with complex tasks.
- You are eager for a steep learning curve, see feedback as an opportunity for growth, and proactively contribute to the team.
- First internships or touchpoints in digital marketing are a plus, but not a must.
- Fluent German and confident English.
