We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional for Controlling and Accounting (m/f/d). In this position, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing our company's financial processes.

Tasks

• Controlling and commercial management
• Preparation and maintenance of monthly business evaluations (BWAs) and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB (German Commercial Code)
• Monitoring and control of ongoing accounting processes
• Participation in budget planning, monitoring, and analysis
• Maintenance and reconciliation of accounts in accounting systems (Hamburger Software)
• Verification and approval of operating expenses and incoming invoices
• Execution of payment transactions as well as debtor and creditor management
• Account reconciliation and maintenance of balance sheet accounts

Qualification

• Completed commercial apprenticeship with further training as a Certified Accountant (IHK) / Controller or a business degree with a focus on Finance/Controlling
• Proficient knowledge of German tax and accounting law (HGB)
• Solid experience in preparing monthly financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting
• Very good Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is an advantage
• Good German language skills
