Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen plietschen Teamplayer (m/w/d) in unbefristeter Voll- oder Teilzeit sowie als studienbegleitende Werkstudierendentätigkeit.

Responsibilities

• You will independently create creative content in text and design for classic and digital media with a focus on LinkedIn and Instagram (e.g., with CapCut or Canva) to co-develop campaigns for our clients.
• You will support us in the development and management of communication strategies.
• Independent influencer research as well as the supervision and organization of influencers will be your responsibility.
• You will also take over the management of social media platforms.
• From the beginning, you will have the opportunity to get into project management and, over time, lead your own projects independently.
• You are eager to build our own social media channels.

Qualifications

• You are currently enrolled in a program or have recently completed a degree in communication/marketing or a related field.
• You have initial experience in content creation and managing social media channels (e.g., through internships or personal projects).
• You are an open, cheerful personality with a feel for trends, fresh thinking, and enthusiasm.
• You are willing to occasionally appear on camera yourself.
• You have excellent German language skills (written and spoken) and very good English skills.
