Recruiting & Sourcing Specialist (100% Remote)

Jello, a thriving supplement brand within the DACH region, has achieved over 100,000 orders in under 8 months with a lean team of approximately 25 employees. Operating 100% remotely, we are seeking a dedicated individual to take ownership of our recruiting and sourcing initiatives.

Your Role

Your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and nurture potential candidates, seamlessly integrating them into our hiring process. This involves active sourcing, outreach, organization, and performing initial screening based on clearly defined profiles. We will provide the targeting and categories; you will execute the strategy.

Your Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Recruiting, or Sourcing, or a demonstrated talent for discovering and persuading people.
• Fluency in both German and English.
• A strong desire to take responsibility and deliver results independently.
• High levels of initiative and proactivity.
