Aufgaben (Tasks)

• Support in coordinating internal talents.
• Assist in finding new cooperation partners.
• Learn how to create inquiries and offers during the collaboration.
• Gain comprehensive knowledge of market pricing and negotiation, with opportunities to demonstrate your negotiation skills (in consultation) with providers and service partners.
• Understand contract structures in the industry, identify pitfalls, and begin reviewing contracts.
• Support Artist Managers in developing and realizing concepts and content formats for talents.
• Act as an interface between talents and our partners, planning their deployment and ensuring their well-being.
• Identify and acquire potential new cooperation partners and future formats and shows.
• In the first year, you will take on a supporting role, gradually progressing based on your development.

Qualifikation (Qualifications)

• Minimum internship, working student position, and/or vocational training in Influencer Marketing, Online Marketing, e.g., in a digital, social media, or PR agency.
• Interest and feel for the latest digital & consumer trends.
• Confident use of all common social media networks and online communities.
• Ideally, prior experience in the implementation and/or conception of social media and influencer marketing campaigns.
• High creativity and motivation.
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
