Email Marketing Specialist

About the Role

As our Email Marketing Specialist, you will own the email channel, a critical driver of engagement and user acquisition for NoGigiddy. You'll be responsible for writing, deploying, and optimizing email campaigns and automated sequences that resonate with our growing subscriber base. This role is perfect for someone who understands the power of email marketing and can translate user needs into effective communication strategies.

Responsibilities

• Write and deploy engaging email campaigns and automated sequences for NoGigiddy's subscriber list.
• Segment audiences based on behavior, preferences, and engagement history to personalize communications.
• Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, send times, and calls-to-action (CTAs) to optimize open and click-through rates.
• Build and maintain automated email flows, including welcome sequences, re-engagement campaigns, and offer alerts.
• Monitor email deliverability, unsubscribe rates, and overall list health.
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure email campaigns align with broader marketing initiatives.
• Report on campaign performance metrics and use data to inform future strategies and iterations.

Requirements

• No degree is required – we value skills and experience.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or similar.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and human-sounding copy.
• Basic understanding of key email marketing metrics (open rate, CTR, deliverability).
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
• Comfortable working within email templates and performing basic HTML edits.
• Self-managed, organized, and deadline-driven.
