About the Role

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Artist Manager, focusing on media, social media, and influencer marketing. This is a challenging and rewarding position where you will play a crucial role in the development and management of our artists' careers. You will work with state-of-the-art, self-developed software systems designed to optimize management for both artists and managers. Your Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for our internal talents.
• Support the search for new cooperation partners, create proposals, and process incoming inquiries.
• Demonstrate negotiation skills in contracts and price discussions with providers and service partners.
• Develop concepts and content formats collaboratively with talents and support their realization.
• Act as a liaison between talents and our partners, planning their engagements and ensuring their well-being.
• Identify and acquire potential new talents for existing and future formats and shows.
• Collaborate with talents to foster future-oriented work and create opportunities beyond traditional artist roles.

Your Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, online marketing, or similar roles within a digital, social media, or PR agency.
• Keen interest and intuition for the latest digital and consumer trends.
• Proficient in using all common social media networks and online communities.
• Ideally, prior experience in the implementation and/or conception of social media and influencer marketing campaigns.
• High creativity and motivation.
• Fluent German and English language skills (written and spoken).
