Founded in 2019, the DPP is already utilized by 25% of NHS Trusts, processing patient data every 20 seconds. Our mission is to enable a scalable, remote-first model of care that empowers healthcare staff and significantly improves patient outcomes through sophisticated automation and intelligent pathways.

The Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Partnership Lead to join our dynamic Sales team. This full-time, hybrid role is based in the UK, offering the flexibility to work remotely up to 90 days per year outside the UK, with mandatory travel to London for team meetings and as needed. You will be instrumental in leading complex sales cycles and delivering high-level, vision-led pitches to NHS executive stakeholders (COOs, CDIOs, CFOs). As a senior hire, your primary focus will be to own high-value NHS opportunities end-to-end, materially improving our ability to hit revenue targets.

What You'll Do Over the Next 12 Months

  • Own the executive pitch, leading vision-led conversations with NHS C-suite stakeholders focused on system-wide impact.
  • Lead executive-level engagement, managing a portfolio of strategic opportunities and navigating NHS governance and procurement.
  • Develop robust quantitative business cases using Google Sheets/Excel to demonstrate ROI.
  • Leverage your existing NHS network and "insider" status to open doors and navigate complex sales routes.
  • Drive strategic growth and shape commercial strategy by providing structured market insights.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Delivery teams to ensure commercial promises align with clinical reality.

Who You Are

  • NHS "Insider" Credibility: Proven experience selling enterprise deals into the NHS or working in a senior NHS capacity, understanding the decision-making landscape.
  • Quantitative & Data Rigour: Highly proficient in Google Sheets/Excel with the ability to build financial models and business cases.
  • Executive Credibility: Experience pitching to or working with NHS executives, demonstrating natural seniority and confidence.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to navigate long sales cycles and align solutions with national and regional healthcare priorities.
  • Enterprise Sales Track Record: Demonstrated success in leading large, consultative deals or transformation programs within healthcare.
  • Passion & Energy: A deep commitment to solving global healthcare problems and improving patient care.

Role Details

  • Type: Full-time, 40 contracted hours per week
  • Location: Hybrid, UK-based with flexibility to work outside the UK up to 90 days/year. Must be able to work and live permanently within the UK and travel to London at least 4 times a year.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: £75,000 – £95,000 per annum
  • Commission: Uncapped commission
  • Equity: Equity options
  • Pension: 5% pension contributions
  • Leave: 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, birthday off, and another significant day off.
  • Flexibility: Flexible working times, up to 2 days per week remote (within UK), work abroad up to 90 days per year.

Hiring Process

  1. Screening interview (20 mins)
  2. Take-home written task
  3. Pitch interview with Director of Partnerships (45 mins)
  4. Final interview with Director of Partnerships and Co-founder (30 mins)
