Marketing Associate (Growth & Creative)
The Role
Are you looking for the ultimate marketing launchpad? This is your chance to become a true full-stack marketer. Working at the heart of our small, ambitious team, you will write, design, launch campaigns, and track data. This is a hands-on, high-exposure role where you’ll see the direct impact of your work from day one. The role is predominantly remote, though you must be based in the UK and open to occasional travel for team meet-ups and industry events. We also have a central London office that is always open for you to use whenever you like.
This is a noticeably broad, generalist role spanning creative production, social media, paid ads, website updates, and strategy. You do not need to be an expert in all of these areas on day one; you just need the hunger to learn.
What You'll Do
- Produce Copy & Creative: Create eye-catching graphics and video assets, and write engaging copy for social media, emails, and blogs.
- Run Campaigns: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across email, social, and webinars. Learn to set up tracking and optimize ads based on real performance.
- Growth Optimization: Dive into the data to understand what drives business. Assist with market research and brainstorm our next strategic moves.
- Support Day-to-Day Channels: Maintain organic social media presence, help update the website/CMS, build HubSpot landing pages, and support event planning.
Why Join Us?
