Revenue growth through scalable creator partnerships
Responsibilities
Influencer Marketing
- Identification, acquisition, and management of suitable creators and brand ambassadors for our brands.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with influencers, managements, and agencies.
- Planning, implementation, and management of influencer campaigns across various platforms.
- Negotiation of collaborations and coordination of deliverables, timings, and conditions.
- Coordination of product shipments and campaign processes.
- Analysis and evaluation of campaigns based on relevant KPIs and derivation of optimization measures.
Daily Business
- Daily communication with creators, managements, and agencies.
- Research and outreach for new talents and potential brand ambassadors.
- Management of ongoing collaborations and ensuring a positive creator experience.
- Monitoring of trends, platform developments, and competitors.
- Creation of reports and presentation of relevant results.
- Coordination within the team and regular 1:1s.
Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, ideally in the beauty, lifestyle, fashion, or e-commerce sector.
Creator Mindset
- Enjoy building and maintaining long-term relationships. Understand what makes good creator partnerships and how to develop them successfully.
Organizational Talent
- Ability to maintain an overview of multiple parallel campaigns and work in a structured and reliable manner.
Self-Responsibility
- Work independently, proactively contribute ideas, and take responsibility for your projects.
Analytical Understanding
- Ability to interpret campaign results, contextualize KPIs, and identify optimization potential.
Communication
- German language skills at C1 level and English at a minimum B2 level.
Work Model
- Hybrid work model, with at least three days per week in our office in Cham to ensure close team collaboration.
