The Role

We are seeking a Demand Generation Manager with a proven ability to build pipeline and execute strategic, creative campaigns from end to end. You will own campaign strategy and execution, from planning and building to launching and optimizing programs that drive qualified pipeline. This role requires close collaboration with sales, product marketing, and agency partners, while also bringing your own innovative ideas and judgment to every program.

This is an excellent opportunity for a builder energized by full-funnel ownership, comfortable with ambiguity, and confident in making data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

Demand Generation:

  • Own campaign planning and execution across paid media, email, content syndication, webinars, and more, in partnership with our agency.
  • Build and optimize nurture programs and conversion funnels across the entire buyer journey.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, translating data into actionable recommendations.
  • Partner with Sales Operations to enhance lead scoring, routing, and funnel conversion.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure tight campaign-to-follow-up loops and feedback cycles.
  • Utilize available tools, including AI where beneficial, to maximize efficiency while maintaining strategic focus.

Product & Content Support:

  • Translate product positioning into compelling campaign messaging for both technical and business buyers.
  • Collaborate on go-to-market assets such as landing pages, emails, and one-pagers to support campaign launches.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to ensure campaigns remain sharp and differentiated.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing within a B2B SaaS company, with a demonstrable track record of pipeline impact.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and campaign tooling (e.g., Marketo, Rich, CommonRoom, Gong).
  • Strong understanding of the B2B marketing funnel, including Account-Based Marketing (ABM) principles and lead scoring.
  • An original thinker who contributes innovative ideas to campaign strategy.
  • Comfortable using modern tools, including AI, to improve efficiency while maintaining independent judgment.
  • Excellent written communication skills, capable of crafting sharp copy and clear performance summaries.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing effectively and driving tasks to completion.
  • Strong collaborative skills, able to work effectively across sales, product, and agency partners.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in data infrastructure, cloud databases, or developer-focused products.
  • Experience marketing to technical buyers (engineers, data architects, platform teams).
  • Experience building or improving scalable marketing workflows.

Compensation

  • On Target Earnings (OTE) Range: $100,000–$135,000
  • Eligibility for Imply’s equity plan.
