We are seeking an IT Support Employee (m/f/d) on behalf of our partner company in the public sector in Augsburg.

Your Responsibilities

As an IT Support Employee (m/f/d), you will:

• Process incoming phone inquiries in the Service Desk and document all concerns systematically in the ticketing system.
• Provide support for technical topics such as Telematics Infrastructure, secure online connectivity, digital services, and user access.
• Advise users on the electronic submission of billing and documentation data and ensure comprehensible problem resolution.
• Contribute to high service quality and satisfaction through solution-oriented communication.
• Your tasks also include recording feedback and complaints, and proactively identifying relevant developments in the user environment.

Your Qualifications

• A completed apprenticeship as a certified IT specialist (m/f/d), IT system electronics technician (m/f/d), IT clerk (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification in IT support.
• Practical technical understanding and at least initial experience in user support.
• Ideally, experience with ticketing systems, error analysis, and end-user device support.
• Proficient German language skills and knowledge of MS Office products and M365 complete your profile.
