Fullstack Engineer (all genders)

Your Mission

Based in Berlin, you will be responsible for building the user-facing experiences that translate complex supply chain intelligence into practical tools for industrial teams. This full-stack role, with a primary focus on Vue.js, involves turning product and design requirements into intuitive, reliable, and fast features. You will own your work from conception to deployment, including front-end components, API integrations, and post-launch learning.

What You’ll Be Working On

Frontend Development

• Build and enhance features within our Vue.js application.
• Deliver high-quality UI/UX with a strong focus on performance, responsiveness, and usability.
• Accurately implement designs, proactively flag concerns, and streamline user flows.
• Contribute to frontend architecture, component structure, and shared patterns.

Backend & Business Logic

• Implement backend features and endpoints in Python/Django when required.
• Work with existing APIs, data models, and services, adhering to established patterns.
• Debug and resolve issues spanning frontend and backend, with team support.

APIs & Integrations

• Build and extend APIs that reliably support product needs.
• Contribute to the clean structure and maintainability of our backend services.

Automation & Lightweight Integrations

• Deliver small automations and integrations using tools like n8n.
• Build internal workflows to reduce manual processes and support business operations.

AI-Assisted Development

• Utilize AI tools (Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc.) daily to draft code, refactor, explore alternatives, and accelerate development.
• Identify opportunities where AI can simplify complexity or improve code quality.

Engineering Collaboration

• Work closely with Product and Design to understand requirements and deliver solutions meeting real user needs.
• Participate in code reviews, ask questions early, and communicate progress and blockers clearly.

Who We’re Looking For

You possess strong frontend instincts and the curiosity to work full-stack when necessary. You are proactive, user-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Must-Have

• Experience building user interfaces with Vue.js or a comparable modern framework (React experience is also valued).
• Solid frontend fundamentals: JavaScript/TypeScript, component architecture, state management, API integration.
• A focus on building clean, reliable, user-friendly experiences.
• AI-assisted development is already an integral part of your daily workflow.

Great If You Also Bring

• Experience with Python and Django.
• Understanding of REST APIs, backend architecture, and databases.
• Exposure to automation tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make.
• Familiarity with Git, code review workflows, and CI/CD pipelines.
