The Mission

The Associate Client Services Manager is responsible for the daily execution and client experience for a portfolio of direct and programmatic ad accounts. This role acts as the vital link between clients and Kargo's internal teams, ensuring campaigns launch successfully, meet performance goals, and foster client loyalty and expansion.

What Success Looks Like (6-12 Months):

  • Flawless Campaign Execution: Ensure all assigned campaigns progress through their lifecycle without significant delays or escalations due to execution issues.
  • Strong Client Relationships: Cultivate positive, trust-based relationships where clients feel well-supported and view Kargo as a valued partner.
  • Insightful Reporting: Deliver performance reports on schedule that offer clear analysis and actionable recommendations for clients.
  • Proactive Opportunity Identification: Identify and flag potential upsell and renewal opportunities for the sales or senior CS teams.
  • Effective Internal Collaboration: Ensure client needs and feedback are clearly communicated to internal teams, facilitating smooth campaign operations.

Core Technical Capabilities:

Required:

  • 1+ years of experience in digital media, ad tech, or a client-facing role (agency planning, buying, or ad operations).
  • Working knowledge of direct and programmatic campaign mechanics, including trafficking, tagging, and asset management.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets for reporting, analysis, and data organization.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in client presentations.
  • Familiarity with key digital media metrics and industry terminology.

Preferred:

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, creative).
  • Exposure to troubleshooting campaigns in direct or programmatic environments.

Compensation

U.S. Salary Range: $68,000—$70,500 USD (Actual compensation may vary based on location, experience, education, and skills).

Hybrid Work Model

This role requires onsite presence 4 days per week.
