Your Responsibilities

  • Strategic Client Management: Nurture and develop existing key accounts, building long-term partnerships.

  • Project Acquisition: Recognize new project opportunities with existing clients and guide them to successful completion.
  • Offer Calculation: Prepare technically and economically sound offers and their calculations.
  • Client Consultation: Serve as the primary point of contact for technical and commercial inquiries from clients.
  • Interface Management: Coordinate client requirements with Engineering, Production, Purchasing, and Quality departments.
  • Complaint Management: Support the resolution of complaints in collaboration with internal specialists.
  • Forecast Planning: Actively contribute to sales planning, forecasting, and budget processes.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, identify relevant developments, and conduct regular client meetings within the DACH region.

Your Profile

  • Technical Education: Completed training in mechanical engineering, metal technology, mechatronics, nanotechnology, or a comparable qualification.
  • Professional Experience: Several years of experience in technical sales or key account management.
  • Technical Acumen: Ability to understand and evaluate complex client requirements and translate them into suitable solution approaches.
  • Calculation Skills: Experience in offer calculation and in project-oriented B2B environments.
  • Industry Knowledge: Ideally, experience in semiconductors, coatings, medical technology, or precision manufacturing.
  • Communication Skills: Confident demeanor and strong negotiation skills in an international client environment.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Travel Willingness: Willingness to undertake moderate, regular client visits in the DACH region.
