What to Expect

• Global Perspective: Research and map international movements in philanthropy, impact investing, and social finance.
• Shape from Day One: Contribute to building structures for international partnerships, from initial research to establishing first contact.
• Expert Team: Work within an environment that combines expertise in foundations, impact investing, and fintech.

Your Tasks

• Research: Map the international landscape of philanthropy, impact investing, and social finance.
• Outreach: Initiate and maintain contact with international partners, networks, and initiatives in English.
• Writing: Contribute to our English-language newsletter and other external communications.
• Presentations: Develop compelling presentations for international audiences based on ideas and insights.
• Coordination: Manage international projects, including scheduling and follow-up.

Your Profile

• Communication: Excellent English is essential; German is a plus. You possess the right tone for emails, newsletters, and partner calls.
• Structure: You excel at organizing complexity and optimizing processes.
• Initiative: You are proactive, solution-oriented, and find the best way forward independently.
• Tools: Comfortable using new software (e.g., Notion, Google Workspace, AI tools).
• Values Alignment: A genuine passion for social impact and transforming the world of giving.
