The Mission
The Campaign Manager ensures every Kargo campaign is executed flawlessly—on time, on budget, and against key client metrics. This role manages the complete operational lifecycle of IO and programmatic campaigns, from setup to reporting. Success in this role directly impacts revenue, client retention, and Kargo's execution reputation.
Role Location
This is a remote role located in Singapore.
What Success Looks Like (6-12 Months)
- Zero Launch Delays: Campaigns launch on schedule with accurate setup and no budget overruns from trafficking errors.
- Proactive Pacing Management: Delivery risks are identified early, enabling real-time optimizations.
- Seamless Programmatic Launches: Independent management of PMP, PG, and AG deals, with minimal escalations.
- Accurate & Insightful Reporting: Delivery of timely 1st and 3rd party reports with actionable performance narratives.
- Faster Ticket Resolution: Independent diagnosis and resolution of creative, pixel, and trafficking issues.
Core Technical Capabilities
Required:
- Hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM) for campaign trafficking, line item setup, creative QA, and pixel/tag troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in 3rd party reporting and verification tools (e.g., GCM, Moat, DV, IAS).
- Working knowledge of programmatic deal types (PMP, PG, AG, header bidding, server-to-server).
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, large dataset manipulation, charting).
- Ability to analyze performance data and provide actionable optimization recommendations.
- Experience managing competing deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced ad operations environment.
Preferred:
- Exposure to additional ad servers or DSP/SSP platforms.
- Familiarity with ticketing and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
