Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Sales Manager, you will be the central point of contact for new clients, responsible for:

  • New Client Acquisition: Conducting sales meetings and closing deals with leads generated through cold outreach, focusing on building long-term partnerships.
  • Sales Team Leadership: Serving as the primary contact for acquisition team members, ensuring seamless lead handover into the sales process.
  • Client Satisfaction & Revenue Growth: Building client trust, efficiently handling inquiries, and proactively identifying sales opportunities.
  • Strategic Sales Planning: Developing and coordinating customized digital media sales strategies with your team to meet client objectives and ensure smooth sales processes.

Your Qualifications

  • Digital Media Sales Expertise: Proven experience in selling digital media solutions with a deep understanding of current trends and technologies.
  • Client Acquisition Experience: Over 3 years in digital media planning and acquisition, with a track record of developing tailored solutions and fostering long-term client relationships.
  • Communication & Persuasion: Exceptional ability to build trust, lead sales conversations, and establish strong partnerships.
  • Analytical Skills: Capacity to identify and leverage revenue potentials through data-driven analysis.
  • Structured Work Approach: Ability to develop and coordinate efficient sales strategies and manage complex projects effectively.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in German (negotiation level) and English.
